At Ziliah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original Ziliah box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
